I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Duke for the past year, almost two years I believe for child custody, child support and to fight the charges against me brought up my ex-husband. Mr. Duke has been the very best lawyer I could have asked for. During one of the most traumatic times in my life, Mr. Duke took my cases on and helped me see the light at the end of a very dark tunnel. Being new to NC and only having one sibling with me here, I didn't have many people to rely on and having Mr. Duke as my lawyer made it easier to breathe. I do not know what I would have done without him. Mr. Duke has a reputation of being sharp and I will say he is! He misses nothing and he is always assessing and calculating steps for your case. I trust him completely at this point and never have to worry or stress if he is on the case. He is my lawyer for life at this point. If you are looking for a lawyer, Mr. Duke is the BEST! Hands down, and you won't regret hiring him.

Working with Mr. Duke has been great. I have a very complicated child custody case, and I do mean complicated! He is always present and always make sue I know what is going on. He replies quickly and gets the job done. He has represented me well and I continue to use his services. Highly recommend.

Mr. Duke is a top notch, trustworthy, and caring individual that gets results. From my experience, this is a very rare quality in lawyers. I have hired lawyers in Greenville in the past and they have not lived up to his standards unfortunately. He has made me rethink what I have experienced as a cut throat industry. Working with Mr. Duke was such a wonderful experience. He was kind and caring and at the same time knowledgeable and very diligent in his work. Highly recommended!
