Heath, a native of the Mississippi Delta, grew up in Cleveland and spent his early years farming with his family in Bolivar and Sunflower Counties. Managing over 5,000 acres of row crops, he developed a strong work ethic and valuable management skills. In 2003, Heath made the difficult decision to leave farming and pursue a career in law. He earned his law degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2006 and returned to Greenville to join Lake Tindall, LLP. Heath’s practice primarily focuses on litigation, where he has successfully handled cases involving admiralty/marine and Jones Act claims, slip and falls, motor vehicle accidents, products liability, and agricultural matters such as chemical drift and crop losses. He represents clients including General Motors, Terral RiverService, Wilkerson Trucking, and serves as local counsel for several insurance companies.
In 2015, Heath was named attorney for the Board of Mississippi Levee Commissioners and the Port of Greenville, continuing a family tradition spanning nearly 70 years. Heath, his wife Janelle, and their two children, Darby and Parker, reside in Greenville, where they are active members of First Presbyterian Church
