Mike is a hard working, highly responsive attorney who hits deadlines and always adds value to the transactional process. This is not a deal killer attorney. Deep knowledge in tax and M&A.
Mr Dunham represented the buyer in a real estate transactions. In short, without notice he closed the transaction 3 days early, did not have a signed closing statement and sent trust account checks as opposed to wiring the money as instructed. He did receive a signed closing statement 2 days after closing but for some reason the closing statement numbers and the disbursement did not match. Furthermore when confronted about where the money was, he inferred the checks were sent out earlier that day via over night mail and that most banks would not place a 10 day hold on funds. The overnight envelope sat on my stoop for 12 hrs while roofers worked all around it After going around with him and one of his partners regarding the wiring of the money,it was determined best just to deposit the checks and wait the 7 days Should have been a happy time but they handled the transactions very unprofessionally I’d recommend not using them
