Hired Attorney Mr. Jeffrey Peraldo

Came in through back door of case after refused his service by "using" another firm. Promised 2-3 experts delivered zero. Other party tampered with evidence did nothing. Never asked her lawyer for my medical records. Threatened to throw me in the street as a disabled and all equity taken homeless in one week if not sign nominally as he had a million dollar case waiting. Expert hired had suspended license and he put the chiropractor's clients on jury! He shook as he spoke in trial. A poor choice.

“No Thanx..” {para}Added to my team after my refusal a few times, I have no words for anyone considering this veteran other than "just say no" thanx. Hourly harassment to settle nominally is a given while "not prepared" using nil cross examination tactics to pressure you to do so. There is a word for that....
