Even though we won the case, the bills agreed to be paid by the workers comp insurer were not paid and my husband and I were turned into collections and our credit ruined. I had to call our lawyer for 4-6 months before anything other than refocusing the bills from the doctors to them- to be done. At that time I was told we were just going to take them back to court, that there was some oversight, something had slipped through, I felt they just blew us off as they had already been paid.

I was dropped as a client the afternoon before court !!! With no explanation as to why or referral much less a continuance !!! They could have at least similar associate on their behalf or mine sentence for continuance. When they called my face I ask for a continuance.And I was denied a continuance. I was hurt on the job at the Adams Lee estate in Sedgefield the multimillion-dollar property.
