EVAN T SNIPES WAS WORKING MY VA COMPENSATION AS A HATEFUL ATTORNEY. MY CLAIM INVOVED A LETTER OF NOTICE WAS SENT TO MY ADDRESS BY THE VA. A YEAR PASSED AND I FOUND OUT MY CLAIM HAS LAPSED. I TOLD SNIPES I DID NOT RECIEVE NOTICE BY MAIL. I ASK SNIPES TO CHECK WITH VA ABOUT THE NOTICE NOT BEING DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS. HE DECIDED NOT TO QUESTION THE VA ABOUT LETTER. SNIPES SENT SUPPLEMENTAL THAT WAS DENIED. SO I CALLED THE VA ABOUT NOT RECIEVING NOTICE OF DECISION. THE VA DID A MAIL TRACE AND FOUND OUT LETTER WAS MAILED TO WRONG ADDRESS. THEN I GAVE SNIPES A LETTER FROM THE VA ABOUT THE NOTICE WAS DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS. WITH THIS NEW IMFORMATION I GAVE TO SNIPES FOR PROOF FOR MY CLAIM. SNIPES FILE ANOTHER CLAIM BUT HE DOESNT SUBMIT LETTER TO VA. INWHICH I WAS DENIED AGAIN. NOW I KNOW HE WITHHELD EVIDENCE PURPOSLY IN WHICH I FILED THE LETTER MYSELF FOR THE CLAIM CAN BE CURRENT. 2014 CLAIM AND HE DIDNT CARE IF IT LAPSED. HATEFUL I SAY. VERY HATEFUL IN MY OPINION.
Sole goal is to delay and extend VA disability claims to increase his payout. UNSCRUPULOUS. FIND ANOTHER LAYWER/FIRM.
