Hired Attorney Ms. Kathryn Lindley

After separating I enlisted her to get my part of financial settlement from my husband
who was fighting me over it. She did manage to get a fair amount, but it took several years, and she was very hard to contact or get information from during that time. I also ended up paying my husband's part of her fees (that was ordered by the court)because of a mix up at their office which they refused to sort out.

Kathryn S Lindley. Refused client contact stood in hallway and listened to paralegal speaking to me. (Creepy)Every time I e-mailed her the paralegal e-mailed me not her. I was charged for LMVM paralegal always answering me. And charges from her but never direct contact. On day of trial, spoke to opposing counsel without my consent in private. In other words stayed in chambers all day with opposing counsel and charged me litigation fees. I am sure that they ate lunch and together and laughed about it. Do not get her to represent her in any way shape or form. She did absolutely nothing for me but bill me for services not rendered.
