Joshua Berman is a seasoned personal injury attorney with a strong track record of representing numerous clients affected by various accidents. Prior to joining Rowe, Weinstein and Sohn, PLLC as a Senior Associate from June 2013 to January 2017, Joshua gained valuable experience in advocating for personal injury clients at Karp Frosh Wigodsky and Norwind, PA.

Mr. Berman's motivation to pursue a career in helping accident victims stems from a deeply personal experience within his own family, where a life-altering event occurred. During his childhood, a teenage driver disregarded a red light, forever altering his family's circumstances. His father, the primary provider for the family, sustained permanent disabilities in that instant. Rather than receiving the support they needed, the insurance companies involved made every effort to avoid equitable resolutions.

This challenging ordeal, lasting for three years, brought extreme financial strain and emotional stress to his family. Witnessing the hardships his family endured, Joshua Berman resolved to dedicate his career to advocating for victims' rights.

Hired Attorney

Joshua Berman is the best immigration lawyer in the area. My husband and I spoke to a few other lawyers in the area, and all they want was to rip us off with money. But he is sincere and understanding. More importantly he did his best despite the complexity of my case. He is very thorough and professional in addressing my immigration case. He was able to help resolve my case and now I can legally stay in the country. He is the best immigration lawyer that you can have on your side.
