Hired Attorney

The Extreme weight loss and over fidgety hands should tell you all you need to know. This guy should be put behind bars for his less than legal actions. The state should be ashamed to have this man as a guardian ad Litum.

Absolutely terrible GAL. Seems to enjoy siding with the abuser and doesn’t actually care about the children. I pray no other victim has to go through the pain of being revictimized by Peter’s terrible work as a GAL. My stbx was found guilty of DV. I had a restraining order and stbx never showed to spend time with the kids. Peter was irritated that the charges would prevent counseling together he believes abuse victims should counsel with their abusers. He ignored piles of evidence against stbx and stated there was nothing found. Run run run from this guy!!!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
