Hired him for a criminal law case in 2025. He was not prepared at all. Showed up to hearings always late and unprepared. Save your money and hire someone else. Always had to remind what the case was about. He did not have your best interest.
Attorney Froelich was great when we first met, he truly seemed like he had my best interest in mind. However as time went on, he was unresponsive most times, would not answer calls, texts, or emails until days later. (then charged for any email I sent even though he didn't respond to them) Any time we met he would make me explain my whole case over from the beginning and wrote EVERYTHING DOWN every single meeting so he had multiple copies of my case in writing every time we talked (but NEVER EVER reviewed the notes) I had to provide my reasoning for petitioning every time we talked. He could not remember anything, so either he forgot because he is working on too many cases at once, or he just flat out didn't look at his notes at all after we met. Come time for the post judgement hearing he ASSUMED it was getting postponed (because of COVID-19) it didn't get postponed and he had NOTHING prepared to fight my case. He handed the case to the defense.
