Hired Attorney

Working with Atty. Kabara and her staff was a blessing during a difficult time. Atty. Kabara was understanding and explained the process completely. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone needing legal help. Thank you for helping me. My situation would be much worse without your research, diligence, and hard work.

Hired Attorney

This attorney threatened the Real Estate agent selling our father's cabin. Refused to show the "Offer to Purchase" forms to heirs. Sold the estate for LESS then the highest offer to the Personal Representative. The property was being sold 'as is' but she allowed the PR to charge nearly $4,000 in repairs. Her MISCONDUCT was reported to the Office of Lawyer Regulation & she was reprimanded. It took her over 18 months to settle a VERY SIMPLE estate. She was more then INCOMPETENT. In my opinion her actions was CRIMINAL

Hired Attorney

***AVOID***Unable to handle a simple Probate case. Took her 17 months. Failed & refused to disclose important documents such as the property inventory list & "Offer to Purchase" forms. Refused to show detailed documents related to estate expenses. Other heirs had to hire another attorney to retrieve documents. Her practices are unethical, unprofessional, & incompetent.
