Roger was born in Columbus, Montana in 1960 and grew up in Deer Lodge, Montana. He attended the University of Montana and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1982. He attended law school at Gonzaga University and obtained a Juris Doctorate degree, with honors, in 1985. He served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable James F. Battin, Chief U.S. District Judge, District of Montana, 1985-1987. He also served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Robert M. Holter, U.S. Magistrate Judge, District of Montana, 1988-1989. He joined the firm in the Fall of 1989. Roger regularly provides advice and representation to individuals, employers, businesses, law enforcement agencies, and local governments throughout Montana. Away from work, Roger enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and sporting activities.
