Stephen D. Ralph is the founding attorney of Ralph Law Group, P.C., where he leverages his extensive legal and business acumen to provide client-focused counsel in tax law, business law, and estate planning. He holds a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts in Economics (cum laude) from the University of New Mexico, an MBA from the University of Northern Colorado, and an LL.M. in Taxation from Washington University in St. Louis. Stephen’s career includes significant roles such as Judicial Law Clerk to Senior Justice Petra Jimenez Maes of the New Mexico Supreme Court, Senior Trial Attorney at the Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office, and Senior Attorney at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel. At the IRS, he represented the agency in major business and international tax cases nationwide. Licensed in Texas and New Mexico, and admitted before the U.S. Tax Court and multiple federal courts, Stephen is an active member of several bar associations. A proud U.S. Army veteran and Distinguished Toastmaster, he is committed to service both professionally and in the community. Outside of work, Stephen enjoys rock climbing, public speaking, and time with his Great Dane, Max.
