September 2024, I purchased property and had Brian do my deed. He had problems and had my dad show him what's wrong with the deed in May of 2025. 6 months later, I still dont have my deed. I call him November of 2025. He said he has a title company working on it. March of 2026 he has the deed with the wrong parcel number and he says "it's fine". So 18 months later, I still dont have the correct deed
