Marvin was extremely tardy on his work. He had me beg the work and information from him over and over again, during which he kept lying to me. Or, sometimes he completely ignored my requests and did not make any response for a long time until I asked him over and over again. He had no commitment to his work. My marriage was extremely miserable and I wanted to divorce my ex-wife as soon as possible. Despite I repetitively told/reminded Marvin about it and repetitively urged him to do what he should do, he was still extremely tardy, which directly caused my case to be dismissed by the court. After I urged him, he finally had my case reinstated. However, he was still extremely tardy and lied to me after that. After my repetitive warnings without any improvement, I terminated the contract. I have brought Marvin’s very unethical conduct to Michigan Grievance Commission. He is currently under review! He is a big liar! He had done lots of terrible things to me. They are outrageous!!!
