Mac is the the real deal real. He treated me like the individual person I am, not a "case". He took the time to understand who I am, what my needs are and worked very hard to make sure I understood every part of the process. He is gentle, kind and caring and he will give you his very best.

Hired Attorney Michael McInerney

DUI/OWI. Very professional, always there for me,Very professional, kept me OUT of jail, took my calls day or night, had a great payment plan for us, and I would personally recommend Mr. MCINERNEY to any relative of mine. Great guy, great help, and was always there for me and my wife. He's a great lawyer who is on your side, however, he is not a magician, he cannot make a crime, one committed and make it disappear. But he will fight for you with all 33 years of experience as a lawyer, he doesn't judge your mistakes, he is there to help you, and does everything in his professional experience to make sure you are very well represented. And he does a great job of that. Day or night, he's a phone call away, to help ease your mind with Truthful feedback and he knows what you're to expect from, arraignment, to trail, to sentencing... And everything in-between. I didn't go to trial, I trusted him and it was a great choice I made.

Hired Attorney Michael McInerney

Oh he is determined alright… determined to take from anyone willing to pay. Maybe he was a good lawyer back in the day but he has now ruined so many peoples lives it’s honestly hard to keep track. He will not fight for clients, he is simply seeking a payday to fund his gluttonous lifestyle. !!!BEWARE!!!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
