Mary L. Benedict, P.C. is a law firm with an office in Grand Rapids, MI. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing family law, domestic relations, juvenile law and 9 other areas of law.
Mary has her own opinions of how life is handled when it comes to addiction. She was on my case for 5 years, eventually limiting my time with my girls in 2016, who were at the time 16 and 17, to two hours a week, even after I submitted clean alcohol tests and did rehab. My youngest will be 18 in a few weeks, and the reign of Mary's wrath will end. She does not look at both sides, but whomever has the most money will be her favorite party, which was my ex, a highly paid executive!
Ms. Benedict, while persuasive of her success with her rent expensive east-side farm house / office, and having been selected to work within the county court system on a bid with the county, and provided bogus inquiry reports for the side that lined her pockets. She's dishonest, expensive, and doesn't know the first thing about children.
She should literally have nothing to do with any minors alone. Especially small children. She tries to intimidate and bully and coerce. But she's really an overgrown witch. She must ride a broomstick. Or she has one stuck.in her arse the way she behaves. Totally corrupt vile human being. Someday you will bow to and answer to Jesus for the horrible things you have done Mary Benadick
SHOULD NOT BE INVOLVED WITH ANYTHING RELATED TO CHILDREN.
Dishonest, inaccurate and unprofessional attorney. The whole process, beginning to end is unprofessional of Mary. Grand Rapids needs to find another GAL to rely on. Hopefully some of the judges start listening to some of these reviews and do not use her. She is putting children in the wrong homes and sticking up for the wrong sides, without knowledge of the facts and what is happening in both homes.
