Kelly has represented me on a couple of occasions due to a custody battle. Before contacting Kelly Lambert, I had previously did my homework in having my T's crossed & my I's dotted, in submitting years of documentation before hand. It made it a little easier to prepare the case & Kelly was upfront & honest on what to possibly expect, if the case was to go trial. He hit the nail on the head & he represented me well & I was very pleased.
Kelly did an excellent job for me on a relatively minor charge that had disproportionate consequences to my career and my families future. He understood the implications and went way beyond the call of duty working with the prosecutor to get my case completely dismissed. He fought for me through several obstacles. I was astonished with what he was able to achieve- he saved my future and I'm forever grateful!
The communication between Kelly & his staff are lacking. I was told one thing by his attorney working in the office and another thing by Kelly.....which resulted in my having to go to court a second time. I think communication is the biggest issue. Everyone was friendly but again, I was told different things by different people.
Kelly has the potential to be a great lawyer, but in my dealings with him, he didn't do much. His prices are reasonable, but like the old saying-- you get what you pay for. I feel that he needs to treat each client like they are his only one and not just another number. Communication is lack, and he doesn't return calls, until the last minute. If you have questions, you can't feel comfortable enough to call your own attorney and have to seek elsewhere. That's not good work ethics.
Kelly Lambert was difficult to contact after the retainers fee was paid. At the end of the case, minimum compassion was awarded. Personal belief.. if Attorney Lambert was fully invested in the case more compassion would have awarded. If the case was not his specialty, then he should have referred the case to another lawyer. Truly disappointed!!!!
He lied to me, repeatedly. He told me to lie, repeatedly. He put someone on the stand to lie about me. He violated his own contract with me, in several ways. He refused to meet with me. He failed to show up in court on several occasions. He colluded and conspired with the other side against me. He made me feel unsafe emotionally, financially, and physically. He violated my legal right to privacy. He failed to protect my rights. He would not allow me to tell the truth, he silenced me.
