Susan is very personable and knowledgable. She was a great help when my Dad passed away. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing to plan their estate or act as a personal representative for someone.
Scammed out of $2000 never did anything but put me through trying to get the money back as he has numerous people trading off the phone calls so you only talk to him once in the beginning and he never answers the phone or emails again finally after months of constant complaining as I did I got a lousy $500 out of the $2000 he scammed me good and many others as during my constant calling I was sent someone else’s paperwork poor people I thought I had it bad he took them for more !! Horrible person all around
This law office and Phillip Jones in particular are by far one of the most incompetent, negligent and unprofessional businesses I've ever come across. He has had 3 weeks to turn in 1 piece of paper and has since went rogue, the lady that answers the phone consistently says he's either on a phone call or out of the office. I've sent him email after email to no response, and have left my phone number time and time again. If you are looking for an attorney that will not only treat you good, but a front office that will actually get anything across. I would highly and strongly recommend sourcing a different office. I wouldnt wish this kind of response on anyone in a professional manner.
