Hired Attorney Roger Cotner

After 2 meetings with him to file bankruptcy he recommend chapter 13 not chapter 7 which is what I went to him for. Ended up filing chapter 13 and then 9 months later ended right back filing chapter 7 which is what I wanted to do in the first place. Took a year and a half to process. Cost went from 2,500.00 per original agreement to over 9,000.00.

Hired Attorney Roger Cotner

Mr. Cotner made a critical error in my bankruptcy case which would have been averted had he only read the documentation I provided to him. He then attempted to bill me for fixing his error! What's wrong with that picture? I would not recommend his practice.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
