Judy was very good in court but her husband was terrible. She was scheduled for another court at same time and husband represented for day. He met with ex, her sister, and lawyer in room while I waited in hallway. Any negotiations should have included me and excluded the sister. Why I was never in the same room still remains a mystery. I had to pay her lawyer a grand to delay the trial so that he wasn't representing me that day which is something he should have never allowed or objected to 4 me.
Didn't understand my situation fully
Mark was totally incompetent in court. My ex's lawyer was paid a grand so that the trial didn't proceed that day. Mark gave away everything and gained nothing in negotiations which is the only reason I agreed because Judy was supposed to be my lawyer. I felt totally taken advantage of and felt his work/correspondence was unprofessional. How do you have a negotiation without having the parties together? Why didn't you stand up for your client's interest? He was totally steamrolled by council.
These are the parents of Seth Welch who starved his 10 month old baby to death. Seth called them first after her death and they recommended he call his lawyer before calling police. Didn't they see this baby after she was born?
