Hired Attorney James Ham

Mr. Ham assisted and continues to assist me on matters of compliance in advertising. He is extremely responsive, very thorough, knowledgable and gives tremendous piece of mind when advising on my issues.

Hired Attorney James Ham

Jim is an excellent attorney who was always prompt at returning my phone calls and answering all of my questions. I was impressed with his insight and knowledge, what he said was accurate and thoughtful. We were able to achieve extraordinary results as a result of his hard work and his ability in directing me in taking the right actions and gathering the proper evidence. I would not hesitate to retain him again should I need his help. I ultimately was able to obtain a Private Reproval when several other attorneys simply did not believe it could be done. I also got potentially harmful advise from another attorney who advertises extensively in this practice area. Caveat Emptor, let the buyer beware, think twice before hiring an attorney who is not as good as Jim Ham.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
