Michael M. Roberts attended Arizona State University and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Arizona State University in 2003, where he graduated cum laude. In 2009, Mike obtained his law degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. During his time in law school, Mike was on Creighton’s Moot Court Board and National Moot Court Team. He graduated from law school magna cum laude.
Following law school, Mike returned home to Phoenix, Arizona, and began a two-year judicial clerkship with the Honorable John C. Gemmill at the Arizona Court of Appeals. Following his judicial clerkship, Mike worked as an associate at a civil litigation defense firm and then as in-house legal counsel for a large insurance company. During this time, Mike had a case with Mike Nysather of Wade & Nysather AZ Accident Attorneys. Throughout the course of the case, Mike came to respect the firm’s professionalism and the manner in which it represented its clients.
For these reasons, in 2018, Mike joined the Wade & Nysather AZ Accident Attorneys firm. Due to his years of experience representing insurance companies, Mike brings a unique perspective to representing clients who have been injured through the negligence of others. He is able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each case and navigate his clients through the litigation process.
In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys running, hiking, and exercising. Since Mike was born and raised in Phoenix, he is a huge fan of the Phoenix Suns, Arizona Diamondbacks, and Arizona Cardinals, and rarely misses a game.
