Page Gravely's practice focuses on healthcare operations and dispute resolution, including medical staff, employment and regulatory affairs. Mr. Gravely routinely conducts internal corporate investigations for liability management and compliance purposes and has worked extensively across the country on patient safety matters, including risk assessment, program design and in developing Patient Safety Organizations. He has lectured before a variety of groups including the American Society of Healthcare Risk Management (Annual Conference) as well as state ASHRM chapters in Virginia, Tennessee, Mississippi, North Carolina, Kentucky, and the Virginia Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration.
His recent projects include creation of a Patient Safety Organization for a large health care provider, handling the termination of a "whistleblower" and management of the liability, media and regulatory issues surrounding a high profile dispute with a medical staff member regarding the revocation of hospital privileges.
