Working with Kent was easy and applicable. Best benefit is he understood what we were looking for and delivered. It was easy to ask questions and all got answered. I thought it would be complicated and maybe even get orders, instead way better! I even got bonus education, those beliefs around trusts I never checked. Well organized, educational that I can share with my loved ones. I recommend Phelps Estate planing.

We have been so pleased with this firm. They are on top of things and they make sure things get done in a timely manner. They are friendly but extremely professional all at the same time. They are excellent at explaining what they are doing or what we need to do. They are very easy to talk to and great at answering questions. You couldn’t do better than this firm, at least in my opinion.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
