About Timothy G. Willard

Born in Wilmington, Delaware, Mr. Willard received his Juris Doctor from the Widener School of Law where he also studied international law in Europe through the Dickinson School of Law. Mr. Willard received his Bachelors of Art in International Affairs with a Minor in Economics from George Washington University and attended the America College in Paris. Before becoming associated with Fuqua and Yori. Mr. Willard was a Deputy Attorney General, prosecuting criminal cases in Sussex County for approximately 10 years. He is also a former Chairman of the Sussex County Democratic Executive Committee and has worked in the past for Senator Tom Carper, then Congressman and formerly Governor of Delaware.

Hired Attorney

I have used Tim's services on a few occasions, one a legal battle with a DVM, we successfully settled, and he handled my will, power of attorney, and healthcare directive. He has done good work, he cares, and he remains my attorney many years since meeting him.

Hired Attorney

Tim was referred to me by the lawyer referral service and he called me on July 9, 2018. He knew my criminal lawyer and told me he would talk to him rather than give me consult. I tried to contact him several more times and had to wait 43 days to get a response that he would not represent me and to go through the lawyer referral service to find a lawyer. That is how I was referred to him to begin with!
