They promised to get back to me within 24 hours. My case was time sensitive but rather telling me they weren't interested or didn't have the time they kept me waiting with more promises of getting back to me. After many weeks of trying to get their attention I had to give up and start over with another firm which wasted my time. With so many firms to choose from I would not recommend this one who doesn't have the time or professional courtesy to simply respond to a potential client.
Peter Storm was presented a case in the consultation, he assured me it was a strong case for winning and he wanted to take on the case. That is not how I was treated after handing him over the $2500 retainer. Horrible communication. I supplied him with all the documentation at the beginning of the case, the asked for the same documentation again, basically double charging me. Begged 5 times to file, he never did, but charged me for the communication. Nickel and dimed with zero results.
Peter Storm was presented a case in consultation, he stated it was a strong case for winning, and he wanted to take on the case. After receiving $2500 retainer, I was treated poorly. Poor communication. All documentation provided at the beginning of case, Peter asked again for documentation in email, which he charged me again for previously supplied documents. Asked 5 times to file in court, he never did but charged me for communications asking to file. Nickel and dimed but zero results.
