Hired Attorney

He is a well spoken attorney who took care of planning our estate. He helped my husband and i set up a trust for our children in the event anything was to happen to us. He was very helpful and was able to capture all we were looking to do in one visit.

When my mother-in-law was in hospice, we could not locate her will. Since Miller law firm did the will, we contacted them. They said we do not keep paperwork past 10 years. If you have seen the office, they do not get rid of any paperwork. Since they did not have it we had to have him come up and write a new one in hospice care. After she passed, I contacted him about the probate process. He told me he needed us to come in and sign paperwork, and that he had a copy of the 2009 will. Funny how he had that after we paid for another one in 2025. He proceeded to start working on the probate even though there was no agreement. He then billed us for that time. Felt like extortion and taking advantage of the death and its estate to gain more money. I would not recommend, ever. Very disappointed in Miller Law Firm, he is not a true representative of the wonderful small town he is in.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
