I was fortunate enough to ask a relative who was actually the judge in our county who the best lawyer was that he had come through the courtroom. He didn't even skip a beat and says "Elliot Blumberg out of Gaulord, Michigan". I called Elliot and he first handled my divorce case in which I received 50/50 joint legal, joint physical custody!! I probably could have got more but I didn't want to take my kids from their mother. Judy is an amazing person as well. Everything is always taken care of and you know each step as they handle the process for you. Elliot has since handled 3 other cases for me and with everything he has handled for me, I have been the victorious one. He knows law and he's not afraid to shut the judge down when it's time to do so! UNBELIEVABLY GREAT FIRM and I would recommend Elliot to ANYONE that wants to win their case!! MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE!!

They seem unprepared at times. He needs to be reminded of certain aspects of the case. I don't know if its because he has a lot of cases or what. But I would prefer to only have to tell a lawyer once and have him remember or at least review his notes before i come in.
Had to research most issues myself. I always had to call his office and pay for his secretary to answer the phone and then pay for him to call me back when he decided to. He signed documents on my behalf without approving them with me and was signed incorrect and cost me actually hundreds of dollars. I have never met a more arrogant attorney who struggles with simple items. Many mistakes from his office girl Linda Darton such as legal descriptions on houses which I had to find for myself, ect...
