Law Offices of Regina M. Taylor, P.C. is a law firm established in 2001 with an office in Gastonia, NC. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing family law, divorce, separation and 4 other areas of law.
I went to this lawyer who is very unprofessional, told me that she could do the job and strung me along for 2 years and did not do anything to help me as a client. When I would call her office to follow up on my case I would never get any feedback. I filed a grievance against her to the North Carolina State Bar because she just took my money and did nothing for me. The North Carolina State Bar just slap her on the hand and they would not tell me in the letter if it would be a penalty against her, so that let me know that they stick together. I sent Mrs. Taylor a termination letter in September 2025 and asked for documentation related to my case and it’s almost November 2025 and have not received anything from her. So to me she don’t have documentation to send me and just flat out took my money. I would not recommend her for anything not even dog catcher and I was disturbed by the lack of service and professionalism.
Would no recommend this office to anyone that I know or my family. Would like everyone that is thinking about this law office to look away. Your case file will be over looked. This law office is very rude, unethical, and very unprofessional that it’s disgusting. If you are in need of family matters look elsewhere! My money and time here was not well spent at all. Just lined this offices pockets. The opposing side was willing to settle more than what the out come was. I begged For help and for this office to listen to the clients request(my) and was ignored the entire time. Documentation never given to me on time per courts requested dates and time frames. This office made a difficult family situation worse and confusing. DO NOT USE!
