Rude nasty and uncooperative. Always looking for an argument made the Real Estate transaction so much more difficult than it needed to be. If you want a smooth transaction call someone else! The wire took some time he left before the wire was complete, an hour later wire was confirmed his client reached out to him to release keys to the buyer he has not allowed seller to release keys despite the purchase being fully funded. NASTY DIFFICULT and rude!
