I paid for legal representation and nothing was done on my case. When I tried to follow up or file a grievance to address the lack of progress, I was met with threats instead of professionalism. I have never experienced a lawyer taking Multiple payments and then failing to take any meaningful action. This has been an extremely upsetting and stressful experience for me and my family, and I want others to be aware of what we went through. He not only took one payment he took multiple on top of the Retainer Fee. And still did nothing we were very shocked. If you try and contact the Texas Lawyer bar because he refuses to refund multiple payments to you you will only get threats from him.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
