Hired Attorney Timothy E. Clarke

Timothy E. Clarke made serious errors during his service. SHe said that I did not have to attend my first hearing and that he would attend. He forgot which resulted in a bench warrant being issued in my name. He was also impossible to reach. At my hearing he said he felt I should plead guilty, which I strongly disagreed with. Then he let me know I was facing up to 1year in prison over a minor offence. I would strongly recommend a prospective customer use anyone else if you value your freedom.

Then he let me know I was facing up to one year in prison over a minor offence. I would strongly recommend a prospective customer use anyone else if you value your freedom.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
