Berman Sobin Gross, LLP is a law firm established in 1991 with an office in Gaithersburg, MD. At this office location, there are 5 lawyers practicing workers compensation, occupational injuries, personal injury and 36 other areas of law.
Mr. Kenneth cares when someone is truly hurt or has been wronged as a result of someone else's negligence. Mr. Berman was still trying to work with me on a Friday evening, after designated work hours, to advise and help me. He has treated me with nothing but respect. I certainly did not expect him to give me any advice at this time of day, but Mr. Berman went out of his way to help me. In one conversation, he made me fell comforted about my case and gave me a strict plan of action to follow.
Especially with the lawyer kenrick.He will sell you out. He will poorly represent you. Be slow to respond to you. And I have suspicions that he took a bribe from my previous employer. He moved my original court date from January 26th to february 26th. And gave me some water issue/ electrical excuse. As if we're not in the First Nation. Nothing worse than someone trying to insult your INTELLIGENCE with nonsensical statements. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I told him since nothing fell on me I have video evidence to show the date and time that I got injured and it's live footage from work my coworker. Also, he has access to the sececurity cameras. Instead of trying his hardest to get that submitted. Kenrick kept telling me why we can't use it, lots of can't from a lawyer. The court date was the day my lawyer wanted and was able to see my evidence. After, he saw the footage my co-worker and the access got terminated.Memba uncle, yuh a elda.
This practice was the most unprofessional I have ever come across, promises were unkept and were non exisitant. Little or no attention was paid to my case, a couple phone calls were it. I could have done better on my own and would never reccomend these crooks.
