Kelsey Saalmann began her journey with Morgan & Morgan as a data entry clerk while studying at Florida State University. From day one, she knew fighting for the rights of the injured was her calling. After working her way through roles as a legal assistant and case manager, Kelsey set her sights on returning to the firm as an attorney-her ultimate career goal.
She earned her law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While there, she served as Executive Vice President of the Florida Trial Team, a teaching assistant for Trial Practice classes, and a Levin Ambassador. In her final semester, she was honored with the Outstanding Graduate award.
Now in her fourth Morgan & Morgan office, Kelsey proudly fights for clients across Richland County and the rest of the Midlands and Upstate from the firm’s Columbia, South Carolina location. She previously litigated cases in Charleston, Gainesville, and northern Florida, earning a reputation for fierce advocacy and compassionate representation.
When she’s not in the courtroom, you’ll find Kelsey with her husband, Blake, and their dog, Ollie-at the beach, watching college football, or exploring the outdoors.
Kelsey is proud to serve South Carolina and honored to stand up for those who need it most.
