Hired Attorney Mr. Rex Hogue

I would never trust this law firm. We needed to update our will and went to another law firm to get it done. During the review, we discovered that the trust that Hogue had done for us was completely overpriced and unnecessary. We were told that our current trust was 5x the complexity and pages that were needed. We were oversold and they definitely did not act in our best interest. Once we heard this, we felt it necessary to write this review. When Haiman Hogue did our original trust, they charged us a ridiculous amount of money according to our current attorney. We went back to get the trust updated, and they wanted to charge us another $3000. On top of that, they wanted us to make an immediate down payment of $1,500 just to make an appointment three weeks out, since Rex was going on vacation. We stupidly made the payment and appointment. The next day, we came to our senses, cancelled the appointment. They even fought us to get our money back. Plus, he dresses unprofessionally
