Ben J. Raia & Associates, PLLC is a law firm established in 2010 with an office in Friendswood, TX. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing family law, children, adoption law and 70 other areas of law.
Ben is easy to work with, knowledgable, very experienced and cares a lot about his clients & his cases. I would definitely recommend his as an attorney to a friend or family member needing an attorney for their family law or estate planning case.
Working with Ben was a pleasure. Law suit with HOA is ongoing and he has been very responsive and helpful to ease my anxiety.
He was budget conscious and communicated very well. He seemed to really care about my needs.
If I could put a 0 star rating I definitely would!! Ben J. Raia is NOT worth the time nor money whatsoever & is the WORST ATTORNEY EVER, Complete waste of time & thousands of dollars!! Mr. Raia showed up to one Court Hearing....Late & stayed for only 10 minutes, I did all the work myself, I ended up representing myself, not to mention he "LOST/STOLE" my evidence that would have won me the case!! So take my advice I promise he is not worth your time nor money, he is a joke, avoid at all costs!!
He has you pay for services and Ben never does anything to earn his pay. If you are reading this PLEASE find yourself another Attorney, unless you want to give $5000.00 away. I will keep posting about him until he gives my money back. He did nothing and should get paid nothing.
