Hired Attorney

Terrible.......... I can't express the disappoint in the spotslyvania sheriff's office and attorneys around this area. They fear the court and sheriff's office of repercussions to actually defend their clients correctly. Vincent Ventura II stated if I filed a civil suit against sheriffs office or court system he would immediately recuse himself from case. His reasoning was it wouldn't be in his best interests, because he has to work and live there after the case. How can you ever expect a proper defense when a attorney is more committed to your opposition in court than you. Months of no response to emails, he called once at 3pm day before 12pm trial. Only communication for 4 months from him. All other communication wasn't responded to and when I called to ask why, Mr. Ventura said he hadn't seen my emails even though he had seen previous ones sent....... Mr Ventura said he'd read emails and call back. Over and over the lack of communication. I had to file a compliant to the bar also.
