I had a pretty heavy reckless driving charge against me for an accident I was recently in. I had never dealt with lawyers or the court system before and was feeling quite helpless. Especially after talking to a few lawyers that felt there wasn't much they could do for me. Mr. Deaderick was the only lawyer that made me feel comfortable and confident in his abilities to help me, and did exactly as he said he would. I would like to thank him and his staff.
Mr. Deaderick was only concerned about payment, didn't professionally defend for a fist time offender, didn't recommend work release, couldn't say how much time was given, but he was present in court at the time of sentencing. Clearly, he only fully defends individuals of his own ethic group. Poor services, recommendation: he should be disbarred for prejudice. It embarrassing to the Commonwealth to have such behavior, then again Virginia is the state where Blacks will never have a fair chance.
