My firm was the Recipient of Maryland State Bar Association 2013 PBRC "Small Firm of the Year" Award and featured in Maryland State Bar Association Bar Bulletin "Small Firm Sets Big Example", and I have been featured in the Frederick News Post.

In 2014, I was named one of the "Top 100 Criminal Defense Lawyers" by the National Trial Lawyers.

In 2015, I was named one of the Top 10 Criminal Defense Attorneys in MD by the American Institute of Criminal Law Attorneys. I also was named one of the "Top 3 Attorneys" by Frederick Magazine.

In addition to a general trial practice, I have completed additional training to serve as a Childrens Best Interest Attorney, Famliy Law and General Civil Practice Mediator, and a Parent Coordinator.

I frequently volunteer my time on behalf of victims of domestic violence and sexual assault through Heartley House. My volunteer work with Heartley House has been featured in the Frederick Gorilla Magazine.

Hired Attorney

Firm never replied to my contact, making it impossible to evaluate. Not even a courtesy "not accepting new clients at this time." The survey company found me, what does that tell you? Disappointing, guess they don't need my business.

Terribly unprofessional, lost my case and wasted my money. Totally unresponsive when needed. I’m convinced all these reviews are fake. Whatever woman she has running her office is rude and nasty. 0/10 - just bad business. Take your money and time elsewhere

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
