The firm has since 1983 developed a highly specialized practice throughout the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia, serving the needs of the elderly for estate and estate tax planning and Medicaid eligibility and planning. Besides direct client services, the firm also provides consulting services for other attorneys respecting Medicaid planning and eligibility.
This is being written long after the fact (assistance with estate settlement 2006). Mr Landsman along with Erin Mahony did an exceptional job of guiding me through the estate / probate process; and the price was great. Admittedly, it took having to deal with a “less than” attorney, in a separate matter, to appreciate the fine work of the Landsman team. Note: All of this work took place between Maryland- Maine. Five stars!!

Mr. Landsman is very bright and knows the law well. I feel that I am in good hands.
His advice was incomprehensible. Adult siblings with advanced degrees could not decipher it. It was contradictory and unhelpful.
