McCormick field 2 all my request to every conference motion to receive all documents files transcripts photos of audio video which he also failed to do I requested all items associated with case required bye code of conduct roll 3-700 requires an attorney on termination to return all client papers I requested this in an email also by a letter and numerous phone calls and text messages I wanted a trial had McCormick did nothing to prepare for trial he showed up for jury selection and we haven't even discussed the case at least from my point of view on the day of jury selection he told me I was going to prison for a long time but the DEA was going to give me a plea deal of time served even though the cops in Bellingham Massachusetts beat me nearly to death and on a prior occasion beat me quite badly I can't tell you the amount of pressure I was under during the plea deal High requested for them to stop McCormick force me to continue a sidewalk with judge
Mr McCormick abuses the judicial system for his own personal gain. He’s filed an injunction against the town of Norfolk for trying to pave and mend a dangerous street! For 3 years he has not shown up to hearings claiming illness. Needless to say. His neighbors are not fond of him. Selfish and no integrity
