I hired Ms. Carbone on the recommendation of a friend. What should have been an easy case became a very difficult and emotional one. Ms. Carbone was always available, in constant contact with me via phone, email and text. Ms. Carbone was on point and with me every step of the way! Malorie is one of the most rude, unprofessional, dry, non empathetic, abrasive, hateful people I have ever dealt with. Myself and a family member hired her to handle my late Father’s estate after his passing. This was a horrible decision on our part. She is absolutely classless and does not want to be bothered with phone call or questions. If she does return an email it very short with minimal explanation. If you ask to many questions because you don’t understand or want to know the next step she get angry and very agitated. She told me “YOU ARE ONLY THE BENIFICIARY I DONT HAVE TO TALK TO YOU!!!” Then hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and aggressive. She has made a very difficult situation much worse.
