Ice detainee one of my family member on June 2019, after I called several lawyers only 3-4 call me back and basically without meet in person or knowing more about our case they simple said they couldn’t take our case. I met with 2 other lawyers and I did not like or feel comfort with them at all, because several reasons one off big reason was they did not taking a time to look @ our papers and they did not provide any good answers or reasonable planning. I decide to call my regular lawyer and
I decided to not continue with the case after 5 years of waiting. I spoke with Jessica Depes, who works with Antonio Viana. She stated that Antonio was busy and would give me a call regarding my decision. It’s been about a month now and no calls from him. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. The lack of communication I received from Antonio Viana throughout this 5 year ordeal is very upsetting. I wish I had gone elsewhere.
