I hired Zoe to handle a child custody case, let me tell you she was awesome. I walked away having more parental rights than the biological parents. The money you will spend is well worth it. She really fights for her clients. I'm now able to change our child name into my last name without adoption. She rocks. Thanks again Zoe
Both Zoe Meigs and her paralegal, Tisha Smith, are very compassionate, trusting, hard working individuals. During my case I constantly received updates and copies of anything that had been filed. I always felt that my case was top priority and that they were eager to help. Zoe is very calm, cool and collected. I was fully confident in Zoe when it came time to go to court. She won a potentially life changing case for my son and I. I highly recommend the law office of Zoe Meigs!!! Thanks Zoe!!
From the moment that I first called Zoe Meigs' office and spoke with her paralegal, Trisha Smith, I knew that Zoe was the woman that I wanted to have on my side during this devastating time. I always felt that my case was important and that they were eager to help me. I was constantly informed as to what was happening with my case. I felt fully confident in Zoe when it came time to go to court. She helped keep me calm and feel at ease. She won a potentially life changing case for my son and I.
The thing I liked most about Zoe was she valued that time was money and did not attempt to drag out my case or "pad the bill" by taking longer than necessary to complete tasks. I watched the opposing council do this and it was very frustrating. She was always honest about estimating what various strategies would cost and whether it was worth spending the money to go that direction. In my opinion, this is very honest and very ethical and a quality that not many lawyers have.
This is the third time I have had to use a lawyer and the first time I was satisfied. Zoe and her office kept me up to date on all issues. Zoe did a good job of arguing my case in court.I would recommend her to any one needing these services.
