I retained this firm due to no action from original attorney. This attorney was WORSE! It took multiple emails to even get a response. I heard excuses after excuses. From sickness to hurt knee to holidays to closed for weather! If you are depending on an expert to help you, don't go here. I spent thousands of dollars for a few phone calls and a couple of ineffective letters. ZERO stars. It should be criminal to do this to people, in my opinion.
