This man is the worst lawyer money can buy. He threw me under the bus and did not represent me at all. He lied to me on multiple occasions and was very unethical. He plays judge instead of working for you. It was a nightmare and felt like the twilight zone. If you have to fire him he will go to the judge and make up a lie to why you fired him which will get the judge against you as well. With his age he is not competent to handle any case. Be cautious with this lawyer if you need a lawyer to fight for you. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. Once you pay him you will be at his mercy. This man has made me lose faith in the system and is bad business. I do not recommend Weir. Do not fall victim to this man like I did. I will be reporting him to the BAR association and taking every step that is required to make sure that this does not happen to someone else.
Not only is it impossible to contact this lawyer if you have a question or a problem (unless you want to keep adding more fees each time he reads an email, letter, or recieves a call from you!!) but heaven forbid you have an difficult ex-spouse or divorce case, because it seems like the anytime anyone at his office talks to you, they are rude and condesending! I have asked for a copy of my contract MANY times only to be brushed off rudely by the secretaries and paralegals there.
