Mr. Robert Thomas Stites

If you want the best for your money, there is no better Attorney to hire than Robert T. Stites. I had 2 Attorneys before Mr. Stites on my divorce and by far hands down the best attorney I could have ever hired. I wish I would have known of him in the beginning. Mr. Stites is the most honest Attorney you can hire even if you don't like his answer. Ethical and very straight forward, no B.S. does exactly what he says is going to do. He will help you with good advice, he knows the laws and you are getting a lot of knowledge and experience for your money. I would like to say every attorney I know is like Robert Stites, but none compare to what I have seen working with Robert Stites. He did a great job for me and I know he will do a great job for anyone else that hires him.

I came to Mr.Robert Stites in mid Sep., '10 regarding my divorce case. He was very clear in explaining me my options and also how he would proceed in the matter. In course of 2 months and a few days he did everything precisely what he said. Today Nov 17, '10 he got my divorce done and finished. We all complain about money and we do'nt like to spend but I must say "He is damn expensive but he is worth every penny he charges". He is just too good.

Mr. Stites is the only attorney I would want walking with me into a court room. He was highly recommended to me by a friend. He is very intelligent, experienced, blunt, effective and professional. He is available, great with communications, excellent on preparing his clients and presenting his data. Robert Stites was the first of two attorneys I hired to represent me in my divorce. I found him to be very tough, excellent at preparing me for court, and he was able to get great things for me in my temporary orders hearing. He was also able to get a QDRO during the divorce proceeding which even the judge was unaware was possible. This prevented my ex-husband from removing this money from our community retirement account, which he most likely would have.

He was very unprofessional - he set up meetings with us and our witnesses he didn't even remember. He was unprepared and lacked common sense. The judge became angry with him for repeating the same question several times even after the judge told him to discontinue; he totally sabotaged our efforts. He was unprepared for court and even charged us for time he was working with other clients, fraud. I would NEVER in a million years recommend this attorney. He is unethical and horrible to deal with
