Very efficient, timely, full disclosure
Jim Lollar's Staff is excellent. They never had me on hold for longer than 5 minutes and answered all my questions, however the first time they mailed me something it was to an old address that i did not give them.
The only thing that Mr. Lollar didn't do was communicate effectively with his associates as to the client asking to speak to him directly. I had wanted to talk to him, but never got the chance to. They said we could, but I must have not heard them. I had 2 traffic tickets from the city and his team was able to get me to only have to pay for one, and one was in a warrant status, and I didn't have the money to pay the city on their time scale. This was done after putting it off for six months.
Good for traffic tickets.
