He lied to me .told me a trail judge was an elected judge of the court.ignored the fact marijuana got heavier with time (4 years) wholly inadequate. He allowed me "pro se" to do things I could not do.He was the stand by counsel and he stood by.I spent 8 years in prison on his incompetent standing by.
David Pearson is the worst attorney! He is lazy and does nothing for his clients. He does not work for his clients, he works for the DA. He is on the prosecutors side not the defendant. Do not hire this lawyer and if you get him as your court appointed attorney, do everything you can to request new council. He doesn’t care about his clients at all. He is a sorry excuse for a lawyer.
